What do you think the following Nostradamus quatrain means (please read below)?

This seems to refer to the British Royal family and the Queen Mother who had to take the job of Queen because her brother abdicated. Her brother being 15 or 16 years older than her., She was born after her brother.....Nostradamus was good at muddling things.
