Ok, so i have completed about 3 weeks of p90x classic before, and lost about a pound every other day.?

Then of course i quit and gained all my weight back and about 10 pounds more. i will be 25, I'm about 5'5, 5'6, and i weigh 190 pounds (yes i know, ew) i really want a workout and eating routine that will BURN FAT QUICK, then i'd like to start a muscle building workout, any ideas? i'd like to lose the fat and then maybe start on p90x doubles. regardless, i'd like focus on burning the fat first, then build the muscle. at this point i'd take any advice, I've thought about everything from hcg to nutrisystem to get this fat off of me. i enjoyed p90x, but i wasn't burning fat like i wanted. i'd like to get into it again, but this time i'd like to weigh a lot less first. please leave nice comments, i am willing to work, i just need some info. Thank you.
